Those that camp, RV, and go to tailgate parties enjoy the Bolo Toss Game. It is often called ladder golf. A long list of other names are attached to this game. Some of this depends on the area of the country that the game is in. The game can be played either indoors or outdoors. Playing this game wont be a problem even if the weather turns bad. If the weather turns bad the game can simply continue inside. The object of the game is to take the bolo and toss it at a ladder constructed of PVC. The bolo is a piece of rope with golf balls attached to either end. Points are gained by wrapping the bolo around a rung of the ladder.

Another backyard game is Bocce Ball. Bocce ball is both easy and fun. It can also be played by people of virtually every age group. Even in ancient times, bocce ball was popular. Throughout time, changes have been made to it. Bocce ball is a lot like bowling. Bocce ball has to have enough room to be played. A 76 foot by 10 foot area is needed for bocce ball. Smaller areas can be used when it is only played for fun. The players throw eight balls per team on the course. The goal is to get as close to the small ball as possible.
